We partner with prisons and juvenile facilities to offer parenting classes tailored to the unique challenges of incarcerated individuals who are working toward parenting goals. Our programs support parents whether expecting a child while incarcerated or striving to maintain connections with children on the outside by providing practical, research based tools for strengthening family bonds. A core focus of our sessions is on developing emotional regulation skills, helping parents manage their own emotions effectively to foster positive, stable relationships with their children. These sessions help parents build essential skills for effective communication, nurturing relationships, and healthy emotional expression, creating a foundation for positive family dynamics both during incarceration and upon reentry into their children’s lives. Through evidence-based guidance, we help participants cultivate stronger family bonds, which play a critical role in rehabilitation, self-esteem, and successful reintegration into society.
